Shipping Policy
Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from De Novo Wines. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine! All shipments containing alcohol require an adult (21+) signature for delivery. UPS/Fed EX will require proper ID and will make up to three delivery attempts before returning a shipment to us. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Therefore, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address.

Returns

Returns will be approved only by review of transaction. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. By law, we are only allowed to accept returns of unopened goods that were purchased in error. Additionally, because of the fees charged by your credit card company when we charge and subsequently credit your card, we may enforce the collection of our restocking fee, 10 percent of the order total. The circumstances surrounding the order may impact our enforcement of this policy. You will not be responsible for paying the restocking fee if we made an error on your order.

Shipping Packaging & Tracking

We do our very best to insure that all packages are wrapped properly to protect against damage due to usual delivery issues or temperature. If there are concerns about extreme weather conditions in your area, you may request a specific shipping date or you may choose a faster shipping method. All shoppers will receive information via email containing tracking information once your order is packed and ready for shipment.
